Add A Comment Sent out today was a new HID subsystem pull request of fixes for the week to the Linux 7.3 kernel. Besides some conventional bug fixes are also supporting some additional devices via quirks and new IDs. The Linux 7.3 HID pull brings some device driver additions worth calling out and will be merged in time for the Linux 7.3-rc5 kernel release due out next Sunday. First up is the Logitech HID++ driver adding support for the G502 X Lightspeed USB mouse. The G502 X Lightspeed USB mouse needed new IDs present for when this mouse is connected over USB rather than wireless.
