Lorry driver jailed after cyclist hit waste he fly-tipped and suffered serious head injury
A lorry driver has been jailed for 16 months after fly-tipping garden waste, including a shed with asbestos, on a road in Brentwood, causing a cyclist to crash and suffer a life-threatening head injury.
