Jefferson Lewis charged with murder over death of Kumanjayi Little Baby near Alice Springs
Five-year-old Warlpiri girl Kumanjayi Little Baby was found dead in Alice Springs five days after going missing from her bed in a town camp. Northern Territory police have charged 47-year-old Jefferson Lewis with her murder and two counts of sexual assault. Lewis has been remanded in custody and is expected to appear in Darwin local court.
