Law firm Cleary Gottlieb has renewed its lease for 475,000 square feet at One Liberty Plaza in Lower Manhattan for 20 years. The long-term renewal underscores the ongoing demand for office space on the eastern side of Downtown. The building, owned by Brookfield Properties, is now more than 80% leased.
