Baltimore placed lefty Trevor Rogers on the 15-day injured list on Wednesday with an undisclosed illness. The move is retroactive to Sunday. Pitcher Cameron Foster was summoned from Triple-A to fill the open roster spot. In a start Saturday against the Red Sox, Rogers lasted a season-low 1 2/3 innings and allowed three runs on four hits and two walks in what turned into a 17-1 loss.
