In a span of three weeks, since its introduction, as many as 9,457 people visited the Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA)’s “Nanna e-Khata, Nanna Hakku” campaign, held across the five city corporations, with 3,275 applications already disposed of. On Saturday alone, 1,842 citizens visited the centres for matters related to e-Khata, mutation, corrections, new e-Khata applications, B-to-A Khata conversion, grievance applications, and other services. Of these, 947 applications were resolved on the spot. The East City Corporation received the highest response, with as many as 2,545 people visiting the campaign over the three-week period. It was followed by the South City Corporation with 2,498 visitors and the West City Corporation with 2,144 visitors.
