Ravens sign Rivers, Eckley; just 3 rookies remain unsigned
The Baltimore Ravens signed fourth-round cornerback Chandler Rivers and sixth-round punter Ryan Eckley, reducing the number of unsigned rookies to three ahead of rookie minicamp.
