TVs are not totally immune to the price hikes seen in the RAM market—after all, smart TVs need memory to run their platforms and apps. TrendForce reports that the price of DDR4 TV memory has quadrupled in the last year. However, memory accounts for only 6-7% of a TV’s price (up from 2.5-3% since early 2025).
