Someone ported the OG Xbox dashboard to PC, and yes, it launches Steam games
A developer has successfully ported the original Xbox dashboard to PC through reverse engineering, allowing users to experience the authentic interface on modern computers. The port includes a custom integration with Steam, enabling users to import and launch their Steam games directly from the dashboard. The software is available from TeamUIX but is currently labeled as highly unstable and in an early beta stage.
