Ese es el reto que se planteó el chef del restaurante La Casona de La Vid, Alberto García, con la ayuda del Colegio Rural Agrupado Valle del Riaza. El centro de Milagros (Burgos) le propuso realizar una actividad con los alumnos de los diferentes cursos que estuviera enmarcada dentro de las jornadas micológicas.
