Worth it to move to save $3-500 a month?

I forgot about my 401K with my past employer, do I leave it? What can I do with it?

My dad just rolled a large 401k into a Traditional IRA at age 60. Trying to figure out how aggressively to do Roth conversions.

Are we doing ok financially? Let me know if this is the wrong sub for this.
