Begar, addressing presspersons here on Monday, said that AICC president and Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Mallikarjun Kharge will preside over the function.Chairman of Kannada Development Authority Purushothama Bilimale will deliver a special lecture on the occasion.In the evening, the Siddharth Vihar Trust will, in association with the Kannada and Culture Department, organise a theatre play, “Buddhanadege Nanna Payana”, by Abhyudaya Art Academy, Hyderabad, at Bayalu Rangamandir in Buddha Vihar.The play is written by Kotoor Devendra Rao and directed by Tumu Shivaprasad.
