The Amaravati Growth and Infrastructure Corporation Limited (AGICL) has invited bids for the appointment of a Project Management Consultant (PMC) to oversee the next phase of construction of the Andhra Pradesh State Integrated Secretariat and Heads of Departments (HoD) office complex in Amaravati. The consultancy will supervise Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), facade, lighting, interiors and allied works estimated at about ₹4,933 crore.According to the Request for Proposal (RFP) available on the AP e-procurement platform, the Secretariat complex is planned as a unified administrative hub accommodating around 145 government departments.
