CachyOS August 2026 Release Preps For Upcoming Server Edition
CachyOS has released its latest media refresh for August 2026, which includes various improvements and fixes for its desktop and upcoming server edition. The release prepares for the CachyOS Server Edition by enhancing the command-line installer and making other significant changes. The updates also include rewrites of certain components in Rust and Zig, as well as bug fixes and enhancements to the CachyOS Wiki.
