I had dinner delivered to my hotel, brought it in the car to the airport and through security (no, TSA didn’t take the carrot ginger dressing), and ate it a few hours later on the plane. It didn’t just hold up: it was very good. Even if I didn’t want to admit it—as someone who eats at restaurants for a living—that mid-sky meal made me wish Goop Kitchen would become bicoastal.
