Should I follow-up with the editor for a TMLR paper awaiting final decision? [D]

Hi there, I have a (long) paper that's been under review at TMLR for a while (submitted in October). After the reviews came in (mostly positive), we addressed the reviewers concerns, wrote rebuttals, and had a notification from the system according to which the final recommendations from the reviewers would be given in late March at the latest.
