Vulkan 1.4.363 comes with various clarifications to different parts of the spec, several fixes, multi-instance VUs for DMA-BUF external memory in VkMemoryAllocateInfo and VkMemoryGetFdInfoKHR, and then VK_INTEL_device_info as the newest vendor extension from Intel Corp.
